In a pan fry paneer cubes on high flame till its slightly golden in color .take it out on tissue paper .

Now add onions to the oil and fry till its translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste cashew and fry it for 2-3 more minuets.

Add tomato and all the powdered spices to the pan and cook it till tomato becomes soft and mussy .turn off the flame and let it cool.

Grind the spinach in smooth paste.

Grind onion tomato mixture to fine paste as well.

Now again in a pan add onion tomato paste and fry it for 2-3 minuets. Add spinach paste salt garam masala powder and fry it for another 1-2 minuets.

Now add 1/2 cups of water to adjust consistency of gravy bring it to boil . Then add paneer cubes. And turn off the flame.

Your palak paneer is ready to serve.

Garnish with freshly grated cheese.
Note
- Use fresh Palak (Spinach) for better taste and flavour.
