  1. In a pan heat oil and add Cumin, red chilly, garlic pods, sesame seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter then add onion and fry it till golden brown.
  2. Add tomato and sauté for 3-4 minuets add peanuts and salt and let it cool completely.
  3. In a grinding jar add fried peanuts and make paste of it.
  4. Now temper it with curry leaves, mustard seeds and chilly.
  5. Your chutney is ready to serve
