  • 400 grams boneless Chicken Cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 whole garlic – paste

For garnish-

  • onion rings
  • tomato rings
  • lemon optional


  1. Mix the spices, lemon juice, garlic up into a paste and stir in well to make a tikka marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for 1-2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degree.
  4. Place chicken pieces on skewers on a wire rack in the oven.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes and check if the chicken is cooked by piercing the thickest piece with a skewer, if the juices run clear it’s cooked, serve with mint chutney.
